We're sorry to hear that you're having issues connecting a few of your Facebook pages in Lately - let's see what's going on here. Facebook connection issues with third party schedulers can result from a few different situations, all of which should be pretty easy to address. We included a list of checkpoints below to test out. We're hoping that one of these checkpoints will aid in the connection process.
1. Confirm that you are logged into the Facebook account with administrative access. As you are connecting your Facebook pages, make sure that you are logged into the Facebook account with administrative access across your pages in a different browser. Lately will scrub your Facebook pages in real time during the connection process - so it's easiest and most efficient to make sure you are logged into the correct and corresponding account while adding your Facebook pages.
2. Confirm that you have administrative access across your Facebook pages. We always recommend confirming you are an admin for your page(s), even if you are confident that you are an admin. You can do so by going to each Facebook Page, going to Settings, selecting Page Roles, and checking to confirm that you are an "Admin" in the Existing Page Roles section.
3. Try to connect your channels in an "Incognito" or a "Private" window. In your browser, go to File, and select "New Incognito Window" or "Private Window" depending on your browser, then try to connect your Facebook pages.
4. The final step if the above steps don't do the trick is to delete the TryLately app in your Facebook account. Click on this link: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools - the check the box beside TryLately (listed under Active Business Integrations) and click Remove. To re-authorize Lately's permissions for your Facebook pages, you can then jump back to your Lately account and connect Facebook again.
If you are still experiencing issues connection your Facebook page(s) after running through these steps, reach out to email@example.com for additional help.
