Great question. Sometimes in your Omni-Analytics, your social account may show as having "no data in interval" in the Overall Stats section.
For Instagram, this could be the result of two situations, outlined here:
1. You did not publish any social posts during the selected timeframe in the Omni-Analytics. Always make sure to have the correct timeframe selected (you can customize your date range to reflect in your analytics in the top righthand corner of the graph).
2. You need to reauthorize your Instagram account. Anytime you update your password and/or your permissions in your Instagram account, you'll need to reauthorize your account in Lately (third party social scheduler rules). To do so, simple go to Setup --> Channels and Messaging --> Connect Channel and select "Instagram".To reconnect your LinkedIn account in Lately, go to Setup --> Channels & Messaging. We’ll automatically update the token for any channels you’ve already connected, and ask if you want to connect any others. If you should update your password and/or your permissions for you Facebook page, always make sure to reconnect your account in Lately for a strong and secure connection.
