Great question! You can now connect an RSS feed to your dashboard and autogenerate socials posts every time the RSS feed is updated.
To connect an RSS feed, navigate to the Content dropdown, and select RSS Feeds. Then, click on the blue "Add Feed" button in the top right corner. From there, you can paste in the URL for the RSS feed you would like to autogenerate and click "Find Feeds".
Once Lately finds the RSS feed, it will open up some more options for you. To autogenerate posts, in the "Import with Status" dropdown select "Autogenerate Social Posts". You can also select any approval settings you would like those autogenerated posts to have, and any campaign you would like them to be associated with.
Once you have chosen your status, approval settings and campaign, you can choose which channels you want your Autogenerated RSS Feed posts created for. Then, click "Save" in the top right corner.
The first time you would like to import the RSS feed, click on the "Import Post" cloud icon on the RSS feed page, and Lately will autogenerate social posts from the most recent post in the feed. From then on, 30 minutes after a new post is published to the feed, Lately will autogenerate social posts for you and store them in the Generated section of your Content Pipeline for you to review!
